Due to the nature of our food products, we only accept returns under limited conditions outlined below.

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or improperly stored.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wholesome is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
