Wholesome provides small-batch, dehydrated or freeze-dried food products crafted for convenience and nourishment.

We make every effort to accurately display products. However:

  • Product appearance may differ depending on your device screen.
  • Final appearance, texture, and consistency depend on preparation method.
  • Since our products are crafted in small batches, taste, colour, and appearance may vary slightly between batches.
  • Minor natural variation does not constitute a defect.

We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match website images.

Preparation Disclaimer

Proper preparation is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from incorrect preparation, improper water measurement, or deviation from instructions.

Ingredient & Allergy Notice

Ingredient lists are provided on each product page and packaging.

Our products may be processed in facilities that handle common allergens (including nuts, dairy, soy, and wheat). Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before consumption.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors
  • Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

Orders are only accepted once confirmed by email.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Coupons & Discounts

  • Coupons cannot be clubbed with any ongoing promotions or sales
  • Only one coupon code may be used per order.
  • Coupons cannot be combined or “clubbed.”
  • Coupons cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Coupons have no cash value.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs
  • Weather
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Events beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.

Once delivered, proper storage becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Wholesome is powered by Shopify.

All purchases are made directly with Wholesome.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Wholesome.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from purchases made on our store.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”):

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
  • We are not obligated to compensate you.
  • Feedback must not be unlawful, defamatory, or misleading.

We may remove content at our discretion.

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or omissions.

You consent to jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
